Paper Form Instruction

• About the paper, authors should submit a full and original paper. Incomplete or published manuscript cannot be accepted. Before Paper submission date to Publication, authors have an opportunity to revise the paper. However, after we transfer all submitted papers to Publication, authors will not be able to correct the paper. So please be done with all the revise work before the paper submission date to Publication.
• In order to make high quality of ICSEM 2024 proceedings, the submission version should follow conference format. Please download the paper format below.

Paper Submission Information

• All the paper should be in MS Word file and an identical PDF file according to the following instructions. We would like to ask you that before you register and submit the manuscript, please check your paper one more time to confirm that.
• General paper page is 6 pages. Also it should need to be minimum 6 pages. The paper less than 6 pages cannot be accepted and the paper should not exceed 10 pages per paper. All of authors can choose the Oral presentation or Poster presentation before the conference date.

• 2. All the paper should be written in English Only.
• 3. Author warrant that all text / figures / photos / tables are completely original, unpublished and have not been previously published.

Publishing Process

• 1. Authors submit paper(s) via the online submission system (icsem2024@icsem-conf.org)
• 2. Papers will be roughly reviewed by editors in 1-2 days. The first review includes the language and areas. Papers in poor expression and unrelated area will be rejected. Papers in well expression and related area will be submitted to Experts Team for reviewing.
• 3. After accepting papers, we will give the ID / Password to authors individually. Then authors can upload their paper on review site.
• 4. The paper that has registered papers will be reviewed by Experts Team in 4-5 weeks.
• 5. We will announce the reviewing results in first time. Authors will be asked to revise their manuscripts and re-upload.
• 6. The Organizing Committee submits papers to Publisher for typeset.
• 7. Authors check, revise and send back the proofs received from the Journal officially.
• 8. Papers published online.
